The Central Luxury Tourist Apartment is located in one of the best areas of the city. It sits on one of the pedestrian streets in the city center, where you will enjoy a truly unique experience. The surroundings are unbeatable, with the city’s finest boutiques, the San Martin Market, and the Buen Pastor Cathedral just steps away. La Concha Beach is only an eight‑minute walk away, and the Old Town is just ten minutes away. You won’t need a car—discover the city on foot.

Located on the first floor, the apartment is designed for four guests, offering every comfort. Upon entering, you will find a welcoming entrance hall with a sofa.

The impressive open‑plan living‑dining area, connected to the kitchen, is ideal for enjoying a lovely evening. The kitchen is equipped with high‑end appliances and features a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a snack and good company while cooking.

The apartment has two double bedrooms: one with a 150 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, both with spacious built‑in wardrobes. Opposite the bedrooms is a beautiful, modern bathroom with a shower, and next to it a large guest toilet.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • From the moment the reservation is made up to 31 days before arrival:

        40% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

  • Frin 31 days before arrival

        100% of the total amouynt of the reservation will be charged.

Failure to make the second payment:

If the guest does not complete the second payment within the indicated timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled with no right to refund.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Guest Registration

        It is mandatory to provide the information of all guests aged 14 and over in order to complete the Guest Registration required under RD 933/2021.

  • Key Collection

        Keys must be collectted at our agency: Calle Triunfo nº2, between 15:00 and 20:00.

        For arrivals outside these hours, the reservation must be fully paid in advance. In such cases, the keys will be placed in a secure coded lockbox, and the code will be provided beforehand.
